For some reason the guys in Mercy Me love to sneak up and scare me. Bart refers to my reaction as the "Standing Fetal Position." The worst part is now they have even convinced Producer Zach to join their evil alliance. He gets photo credit for this one.
We created the first ever Losers Lounge backstage at the Dove awards. The idea was that we would only interview someone if they lost. Well two of my favorite losers did not come by the lounge so I had to improvise.
I had a great night with John Cooper From Skillet Skille-Tee-doo here in Nashville. It was definitely a one of a kind cool for me when they did the Wally version of Those Nights.
I am so excited cause I get to hang with John Cooper from Skillet, Skilleteedoo and thanks to Becki from Huntville I will be in style when I rock this shirt for the interview
Based on the fact that Ryan the Temp interns for this radio show he was asked to DJ a Wal-Mart fashion show. Based on that logic since I fly Southwest Airlines a lot I should be allowed to fly the plane.
Zach found out that Total Axxess was up for an award at http://gospelmusicchannel.com/doves/fanvoting but please DO NOT vote for me. It just would not be right for me to win against such great shows like Lookin Up To #1 with Johnny Stone. See he has taken the idea of a countdown show and given it a smack in the face. Get this, he counts up. That my friends is a Maverick. So please join me is support of Johnny Stone. Did I mention he also has a cool jingle?
Producer Zach had a couples birthday party for his wife that included cookie decorating. My wife was out of town but to be a good friend I still went anyway. Here is a picture of all the fun I had. No one sat with me and he has a samll apratment making the solitude all the more painful.
There was also a contest for the best decorated cookie and to the surprise of me my old school boom box won NOTHING!! Now that's just wrong
Will It Hold Intern Fluffy is is one part science, one part entertainment and 5 parts awesome! Each week we find something new for Fluffy to stand on to see if it will hold him.
I hate to admit it but the Facebook viewer is better than You Tube
Not everyone gets to live the exciting life of a rock star but could having a theme song custom written about your mundane life make it appear more interesting? YES IT CAN! As Josh who listens to this show found out first hand.
This is for those of you, who like me, hate Facebook and can't see the video above.
